Holiday Update 11/22/2017: There are no refunds on sales and promotional items.

You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No stains, rips, or modifications.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Ship the item back to the address indicated on the package or send us a request using the contact form for more instructions

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or credit after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit to your account with us or initiate a refund to your original method of payment if prefered.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you receive a refund, only the cost of goods and taxes if applicable will be applied to your refund. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
